So sad about my last visit - I come to Houston about 2-4 times a year and this is the place I come to visit every time. We got our table and there was a German roach so the waitress sat us at another table. Then after getting our food there was a hair on my dish and the waitress inspected it and said, “oh yeah it’s in there and got fried with the food”. She was kind to bring out a new dish but I just felt so grossed out after both incidents and like I said, I’m sad bc I loved this place so much. I know Houston has great food so I’m sure I’ll find another good place.
I found a hair in my sons meal,MY 3 YEAR OLD, I had to pull some ladies blonde white hair out of his mouth. And when I called they couldn’t do anything but replace the food?She told me that their was a lady there with that hair color and length and told me I couldn’t speak to a manager because there wasn’t one. Be so real right now that’s ridiculous. And not just that it’s also disgusting. My FIRST and ONLY time because wow. Actually WOW. (PSA I HAVE BLACK HAIR)
For my first time, it wasn't too bad of an experience. The food was good, I got Migas. The coffee was also good. Service was very good. The only questionable part is their bathrooms. Overall, will come back when I'm in the area.
