I am not sure how they make these tacos so fast and so delicious—the best tacos in Katy. My favorites are al pastor and fajitas. I also love to get an elote. The place is always on point. This is definitely the spot, and the primos are always singing. I would definitely keep coming back. Next time I'm going to try a torta.
Taqueria El Toluca is hands down one of the best food trucks around! The quesabirrias are absolutely incredible packed with flavor, perfectly crispy, and the consommé is delicious. Their aguas frescas are also amazing and always taste super fresh. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, making it a great spot to visit with family and friends. They also have a Mexican snack place (separate food truck) which has a variety of desserts including the viral Dubai strawberries with Nutella which are incredible. The customer service is outstanding; everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Even when the line gets long, it moves surprisingly fast because as soon as they take your order, the food is practically ready. You can tell they’re super organized and efficient. Highly recommend this place, amazing Mexican food! 🔥
best priced tacos I have tried in Katy! they also have a large amount of seating areas, I would recommend trying their horchata!
