See All ReviewsWorst customer service ever! Asked for bistec and molleja and got all bistec when I go back to ask them to correct my order they take my order to the back come back and claim it had molleja one crumb of molleja per taco! They replaced my tacos but did not give me salsa if I wanted it I had to pay extra!! Same for cebolla and cilantro and grilled onions I returned with my incorrect order!! Because according to them my order was correct!! So if I wanted the condiments I needed to pay as they were extra!!
Yes this is Pastor Sylvia I usually come here it's a fabulous place to eat the food is delicious but today I was a little disappointed something the chicken was just not up to par like it usually is normally they do excellent work excellent excellent food today everything was good the chicken I was just disappointed with it
Today at El Vulcan, we were lucky to be served by Mari. The restaurant was completely full and she was the only waitress on the floor, yet she handled every table with so much grace. She stayed patient, kind, and on top of everything. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we were taken care of, even though she clearly had a lot to manage. Mari truly went above and beyond — she deserves recognition for her incredible customer service.
