At Jamay Jalisco, the hustle is real. These aren't pre-made or sitting under a heat lamp. I knew the breakfast tacos were going to be elite the second I saw the chef's hustle, watching them crack those eggs fresh on the griddle is the ultimate sign of quality. But what really made it "legit" for me was being called "mija" from across the counter. It felt like being in a family kitchen rather than a restaurant. Delicious, authentic, and made with heart. This place is the real deal. The do accept card and is inside the gas station.

I came late after they closed but the lady still served me, and they even separated the chicken and other meats with a paper. Thank you guys so much!!!! $2.50 a taco, $3 for tripe. The pastor was amazing, I can’t wait to try the tripa.
