The place is basic and a $15 plate should never be basic. When we arrived the lady who took our order kept ringing her bell to rush us because we were deciding. Ordered the Barbacoa plate. It came with rice and borracho beans. First temperature. Everything was lukewarm. Food truck food is supposed to be super fresh. The beans were bland. Seemed like they soaked them too long then simmered too low with no salt. The rice was ok. No sopa kinda dry. And looked weird but again the taste was ok Barbacoa was yuk. Warm and under salted. Tortillas were the only thing piping hot but we're not homemade. No drink. This place was not it.
Everything is very good, they taste good, they are well served. (I would have liked a little more meat) the place is clean. very friendly attention. normal price Todo muy bien. Buen sabor ( me gustaría un poco más de carne) el local amplio y limpio y la atención muy amable el precio normal
Bad experience. I wanted "quesabirria tacos", I had to repeat it 3 times because the lady kept trying to give me a "quesabirria quesadilla". I brought it home, opened the box, and guess what it is? a quesadilla... I know they're essentially the same thing (meat, cheese, tortilla), but I think the tacos are crispier, the quesadilla was all soft and not crispy at all. Also when I opened the first one, its this massive chunk of fat with no meat on it. I took out the fat, and now all thats left is cheese.
