Taqueria La Donita is the best place to get a Birria and Menudo in Columbus. It is inside the International Grocery Saraga on the East side. Highly recommend you stop here before shopping order your food and then shop for your groceries. Absolutely amazing flavors taste like it was slow cooked all day.
Judged me soon as I walked up didn't even know I knew how to speak spanish and instantly gave me the cold shoulder tbh I didn't feel welcomed at all nor felt like I should spend my money here then they had the nerve to say American style is 50 cent more .. aren't you in my country tho? Let's be more respectful to all that walk up - don't spend your money here
I've been coming here to get burrito's for awhile when I shop at Saraga and the food is excellent. I more so look forward to getting their food than buying groceries. They use fresh ingredients and create home made hot sauces that compliment the food nicely. Clean place, the staff is friendly including the owner. With every burrito there is also pickled onions and sliced cucumber with the dish. Tastes authentic and there are always people coming to get their fix. The plated full meals are also delicious with good portion size. I can't sing enough praise about this place. Delicious, good price point for what you get and a friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more. By the way, their home made hot sauce is so good I've purchased it by the cup to take home and put on other foods. This place has heart.
