Food is really good and fresh. I've come a few times the last couple of months and food makes up for terrible service when ordering to go. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes to be helped when ordering, sometimes up to 30 minutes. Waitresses notice you, but they don't look your way until they feel like it, sometimes when they notice you are about to leave. At first I thought it was because maybe they were busy, but even with serving one table, having 2 waitresses I still waited 15 mins to be helped. It would be a different story if they at least acknowledged you, but they act as if no one is waiting to order. Even when there are 4 or 5 cars waiting to get their orders taken and the waiter is just standing around filling salsas or staring at their notepad. I would still come and get food, it really does taste fresh, especially noticeable in the sincronizadas with the homemade tortillas and fresh veggies, but expect to wait in your car ignored. I'd recommend to get off and order, then go wait in your car. They should just put signs that there is no car service if they don't want to do that, even their phone is disconnected so it's a hit or miss ordering to go over the phone.
Been years since I stopped at this place. If I had remembered the food was this bland, I would’ve stayed away. No salt on fries. Taco meat no flavor. Sincronizada not a single flavor from all the ingredients in it. McDonald’s serves better burgers. (That’s not a compliment to McDonald’s). Cokes were room temperature as well.
I am the pickiest eater ever and this place has me hooked! It’s really rare to find a place as good as this. I’ve craved their flautas an unhealthy amount. The crunch and fluffy texture of the tortillas is wow. I’ve never had that. It almost feels like a quesadilla de masa but with a thin layer? It’s crazy I’m probably not explaining them correctly lol Just TRY them! I get the chicken! If they have cheese cake snag one too lol
