I ordered 10 honey lemon pepper and 10 hot garlic Parmesan wings @ the Cypresswood location but the order I received was incorrect. When I went back to have it fixed, he insisted the wings were made correctly and refused to correct the mistake. What made the situation worst was how it was handled. He argued with me in front of others and accused me of “just wanting to have a problem,” which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. He claimed the issue was because the wings “sat too long,” I’ve ordered these exact flavors multiple times-most recently just last week and the Sunday before, so I know what they’re supposed to taste and look like. What I received today was not it. At that point, I chose to leave instead of continuing the argument. It was obvious they were backed up and struggling with multiple orders (as the lady waiting received the wrong order also) I wouldn’t have understood if they couldn’t fix it right away - offering to make it right later or another time would have been acceptable, instead it was handled poorly. Honestly, after that interaction, I wouldn’t have trusted them to remake my order anyway. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. 0/10 Do not recommend based on customer service. Wrong order, no accountability, and extremely unprofessional.
I love eating at Taste Budzz. The food is always fresh and cooked to order, which makes a big difference. Everything comes out hot and full of flavor every time I visit. I’ve been here several times and honestly have no complaints. The quality of the food and the portions make it well worth the price. If you’re looking for a spot with consistently good food and great taste, I definitely recommend Taste Budzz!
I called ahead of time to place an order when I arrived at the location they never got my order and the older gentleman in front started taking my order and I could barely hear him so I was repeating my order and asked me what flavor I was thinking and by the time I answered he was telling me to not catch no attitude with him I left immediately to wingstop where I can get more wings, bigger sized and cheaper than what they are selling combo plates for. Only went to Taste Budzzz for the convenience that it was around the corner. Service was a joke, food is mid to alright, and the estimated time is never on point usually to always late than early
