Came here for a tropical watermelon tea and the drink itself was good, but the customer service was really disappointing. The cashier (short Asian girl) barely acknowledged us, didn’t listen properly while taking the order, and seemed uninterested and dismissive. She mostly responded with head gestures and “what” instead of actually communicating. Our order was taken incorrectly, and when we tried to fix it, she avoided eye contact and didn’t handle it professionally.
I got the boba + ramen combo set and it was really good. The whole set was $20 and was pretty worth it because you can choose any ramen and any drink. I got the brown sugar milk tea and it was pretty good. Although it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was still pretty good. My only complaint was that the boba was a little bit too sweet for my liking. The boba came in this really cool container instead of a normal plastic one with a wrap on top. The broth of the ramen was pretty good and thick and tasty. The bamboo didn't taste good but everything else was good.
Great boba! And great coffee! I got the brown sugar iced latte with boba and my partner got the regular brown sugar milk tea with boba and they were both phenomenal. The cups were such great quality!!!
