One of those days, phew! Having heard good things about the place, we drove 50+ miles to taste some good telangana dishes. Had made a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. We placed orders for soups and starters within ten minutes. And the wait started. Soups arrived lukewarm 25 minutes later (One was missed - turned out order was not placed at all despite confirming during order placement). Taste - Okay. Strictly okay. Appetizers started arriving a further ten minutes later. All of them had the similar cuts of onion strips garnished atop - in fact even biryani and pulao had the same garnish. Flavors were there, quite pronounced, and the meat was decently marinated and tender too. But the fat/oil used to cook them was clearly obtained from a bargain basement - smelly, extremely greasy and spoiled ALL the dishes. Meanwhile we ordered the mains and the wait started. Again. They started arriving 25 minutes later, again, lukewarm. And our ordeal started. Mutton Kheema Pulao had good sized pebbles trying to break our teeth. It was not a one-off. Three of us each found 2-3 pebbles in just 3-4 bites. Sent it back. Had to wait to even catch attention of the staff for anything. All this while the restaurant was not really crowded - just about 60% filled. Having said that, the staff was courteous and warm. The only saving grace.
Had a very good experience at TSK, Exton PA 😊 We tried Chitti Royyalu , Golichina Chicken , Chicken Gravy Mandi, Jalapeño Chicken , and Mutton Dum Biryani. Every dish had an authentic taste and was well prepared. The Chitti Royyalu was awesome and definitely a must-try 🤩🔥 The Jalapeño Chicken was really good with a nice spicy kick Mutton Dum Biryani was super flavorful 😍👌 and the Mandi was my first experience trying it — really enjoyed it Finally, the Rasmalai Cake 🍰 was excellent and ended the meal perfectly . Overall, great food, good flavors, and a wonderful dining experience ❤️ Will definitely visit again!
This is a very good experience finding good places and great foods in a walking distance from the hotel I stayed in. Their approach on Chinese chicken fried rice and and eggs is amazing. I will never having to think about the same wok dish after their fried rice. Good tenderly chicken crisp, red and green onions and scrambled eggs in a basmati rice. Thats different.
