Cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. My elote was incredibly delicious. The nachos were also great. Had the soft serve strawberry margarita, let me tell ya, I could have this daily for the rest of my life. The rojo warm salsa is good enough to eat with a spoon. Finished the evening with the coconut bread pudding, amazing. Not mushy or soggy like some bread puddings. 100/10 rating.
Outstanding! Wow. This restaurant is located near Hobby airport in Houston, Texas. Anthony M was a fantastic waiter and provided excellent service. Very friendly and helpful with the menu. The Mariachi Tacos were delicious! One beef that was tender, a pastor taco that had great flavor, and a chicken taco. All cooked to perfection. The charros beans - wow, so good!! The atmosphere was beautiful and chandelier lighting throughout gave the restaurant a classy look. My table was spotless clean. I love a clean restaurant and this place is very clean. If you are looking for a gorgeous bar and many tequilas to choose from, this place is it. Highly recommend Tequila 45.
New spot advertised on Facebook. Came to try the food. My personal review, this spot just minutes away from Hobby airport is super cute. I ordered the green chilaquiles with eggs and they were good (just needed a hint of more tomatillo, but thats my preference). Hubby got the fish tacos, feedback was that they were really good. We also ordered the pork belly and chicharones both were good. First time trying the pork belly with the sauce that comes with it, I have to say its a must try. The pancakes were so good, soft and the texture was perfect. Definitely recommend trying.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere has a vibe of an upscale restaurant while the prices are more affordable. Everything we ordered was made fresh and with a good balance of spices. Their tequila and mezcal selection is one of the best I've ever seen at a Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed our dinner a lot and planning to comeback when next time in Houston.
Tequila 24 is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the aesthetic—clean, crisp, and beautifully designed. There are so many fun photo-worthy spots right at the entrance, which instantly sets the vibe. The service was top-tier. My waiter, Gary, was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely delicious! I had the beef nachos and a pink lemonade, and both were on point. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. While I was enjoying my meal, a family nearby was celebrating a birthday, and the staff came out with a sombrero and sang “Happy Birthday.” It added such a fun, lively touch to the atmosphere. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Great food, great service, and an unforgettable experience—I’ll definitely be back!
Very clean and friendly vibe. The food was hot and freshly cooked. Jennifer, our waitress, was friendly and engaging. She offered the daily specials and made sure to check on us to set is we needed any additional service. We had the lemon pepper wings, chicken nachos, chicken and the steak fajita. The drinks were delishous. I had a mangolada and my husband has a pina colada. They were nicely made. 😉 We were thoroughly satisfied with our choices. If we're ever in the area again, I'll go back to this restaurant.
I came across Tequila 45 while looking for restaurants close to my hotel and am so glad I did. I went there for lunch and was so impressed, I came back for dinner the same day. Food is phenomenal with excellent presentation (I had the Al Pastor tacos, Verde Chicken Enchiladas, and Coconut Bread Pudding). Delicious!! They have an excellent drink menu and their cocktails are unique (I recommend La Llorona). Beautiful and colorful restaurant with wall murals, chandeliers, bright, large bar, and happy music. Pleasant and prompt service. I highly recommend!!
I had such a great experience at this Mexican restaurant! As soon as we walked in, everyone welcomed us with warm greetings, which instantly made us feel at home. One of my favorite things was that everyone spoke Spanish — it made the atmosphere feel authentic and comforting. You can tell they truly invest in their decoration — everything is beautifully done, thoughtful, and gives the restaurant a warm and unique vibe. The entire place is spotless and very well organized, which made the experience even better. The staff treats everyone with kindness and professionalism. A special thank you to our server, Johnny! He was amazing — very attentive, communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely come back.
