I placed an online order here around 12:30 for pick up. I paid $50. I get to the restaurant the open sign is on. It tells me I can pick up my order and the doors are completely locked and it’s dark inside. I called the number at least five or six times no answer and no ability to leave a voicemail. I lost $50 and I got no food out of this. About an hour later, I drove by again, and somehow the open sign that was lit up was now turned off. So either someone left the lights off and purposely wasn’t answering the phone or door, but this is very upsetting as I lost lunch and $50. They shouldn’t have online ordering available if they are closed. No response from anyone. I would rate this is zero if I could. 10/21/24
Every single time, I ask for my veggies cooked extra. It is never cooked enough. Today, the chicken is so well done (not what I asked for) that I can't even eat it. This place has really gone downhill since changing owners. We won't be back. And don't order the beef unless you like roast beef tough crappy beef. The chicken used to be edible but...
Joselyn was awesome! It’s our first time here and we are so impressed with the food and the service! We will surely come back! Great dining experience!
