9 months agoTerri and her husband did a great job on my little guy with his first grooming. Not only did they put him at easy but they managed to calm my nerves. They will doing the little guy from now on.

3 years agoNo show on an appointment I made a month ago. I called them to find out where she was and Was told they couldn't find the house. I Asked why they didn't call me and they said they don't know....so sad they used to be great ..

4 years agoTerry is so nice and my dog loves her. I used another groomer and my dog would be shaking when I picked him up. But he goes to Terry willingly and comes back in the same great mood. A bonus is that she comes to you.

6 years agoTerry is AMAZING! First she offered my an appointment in a timely fashion. Second she showed up promptly during the appointment window. Third I truly felt like she cared for my dog. She was so tender and kind toward my Zoe. My dog can be very challenging during grooming. Terry was patient and kind. She did not seem irritated with Zoe's fearful behavior instead she seemed concerned and showed a true desire to establish a relationship and help Zoe not be fearful anymore. Terry has earned a lifelong customer and I will never go to another groomer. Phenomenal.
