Show up at 4:05pm - walking in 3 others in the restaurant- greeted by the worker( I believe the owner ). We sit down - Wait for about 10 mins - no menu’s brought to us - no water - nothing - approximately another 10 mins later. She asks us what we would like to drink. We get our drinks - she than continues to talk to people - take people who have done a call in order - than to continue to talk while doing all this. Making things to take longer - we continue to wait and she looks at us and says a smart comment about “ hope we are not going to starve “ we wait longer and more talking and slow moving pace - still no order to be taken. The place closes at 5pm. It’s 4:50pm we walk about and leave. 50 min wait ! No order taken is insane. If you can’t handle a business with that little bit going on. Time to hire staff or retire. Yes we paid for the 1 soda that was open up also and left a tip to - Total rude to treat people like this. For a supposed republican ran businesses. It’s ran like a democratic. Lost gas , time on all this to not even get a sorry or anything ! Will never go there again.
Had 3 to go orders of pulled pork sandwiches and a side of fried pickles and got a big bag of pork skins . The food was excellent all of it and service was top notch . Highly recommended.
Charged $30 for one person meal is insane. Had a pork rib/brisket with salad and beans. Beans was terrible. Tried to support small joints instead of big restaurant and you get stuff like this that ruins it for everyone.
