These people are seriously not worth paying ur hard earned money too. I came in to get fuel and a drink. I paid inside the store. I got my drink and proceeded outside to pump 15 in gas. Ive had this happen before where I didnt even get any gas and addressed the situation to store clerk. I did the same thing today. The clerk basically tried to make me a liar because the second time it pumped. 1.00 this allows the pump to reset between sales ive worked in gas stations so I know this far to well. The guy stated that because it pumped 1.00 he will not be refunding me 15 for the gas that I didnt even receive and my vehicle is empty. I told him thats fine he he doesnt refund I will be making a full report if the situation. I wasnt being mean or rude as it should be known. He proceeded to take a picture of my license plate as if its going to matter about me coming back because I will not. Its just a lesson learned and something I will not deal with. Paying for a service or item I should of received at least my gas. But that didnt happen at all. I will not be back at this location after today
The worse customer service. My foot was literally cut open by a faulty door. No apologies were given. The young man at the counter had no customer service skills at all. No compassion for me bleeding all over there establishment. The rudest workers. The worse place in belton. Never going back again. A hazardous place for sure
