2 hours left from close at 4:00pm, after ordering our meal, only one table available to sit at the rest of the table look like no one had cleaned them all day. My wife needed to use the bathroom and was told the bleached them and couldn’t????? 2 hours left of shift???? We were told several times from when we ordered our meal at 2;25 pm that they closed at 4:00pm in an hour. So we ate our food down very fast and were told again about 5 minutes later that they close in an hour?
Stopped in to have breakfast on my way to New Jersey. The food was really good and the most surprising was the chicken gravy which was outstanding. The service was great and the environment was quiet. If in the area stop in and enjoy the hospitality you will not be disappointed.
We visited in May 2026 for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and we had excellent service. Our cathead biscuits were perfectly tender and tasty. The gravy was purely white gravy, no sausage. Without the sausage, there was not much taste, other than flour and pepper. I believe the gravy either needed to be cooked longer or have sausage added to mask the flour taste. The consistency of the gravy was spot on, but the taste was lacking. I would certainly dine here again, but I would avoid the gravy.
