The Gumbo is one of the best i’ve had since i’ve been to Lafayette Louisiana! The mother clucker is also amazing with their homemade sauce. Deliciousness!!!!

Trailer was at the Alpine Goat brewery today. Over priced, long wait times. Chicken way to salty. Do not get the gumbo , it's soup.. anyone actually from the deep south would laugh at the gumbo. Flavorless watery soup. Expensive and not worth it at all. Photo is the gumbo. Not good at all and is lacking flavor. Please do not go there expecting much.. dissatisfied to say the least.
