See All ReviewsTerrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and be told it's 15 more minutes and I was the only one waiting for a Philly cheese. So now you tell me they told me it would take time to cook the steak because they had sold out of the first batch. When I looked into the grill area they had one portion of steak cooking. Why don't you contact me personally so we can discuss this truthfully. Your food truck cook is a jerk.
I want to start this review by saying I’m one of the pickiest people to please in a restaurant/Food truck setting. With that being said, I’d like to explain why I give The B&G Spot 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board. First and foremost, Bruce and Gina pour their absolute heart and soul into every dish that is prepared in that truck to please everyone the best they can. Always fresh, always authentic, and always homemade with love. If you want traditional Philly cheese steaks, or Chicago Italian beef’s, don’t bother looking any further. Go out of your way and come try this amazing LOCALLY owned and operated food truck. Lastly, the taste every time is genuinely some of the best food I’ve ever had and always consistent. That is VERY RARE and hard to find in these chains of islands. Hats off to The B&G, we can’t wait to keep enjoying your food for MANY years to come. Don’t sleep on the meatballs they are amazing as well!❤️❤️
Visited their food truck at Florida Keys Brewing. Got one Chicago dog and it was EXCELLENT and very reasonable ($9). However I waited 40 minutes from the time they took my money until the dog was ready. I don’t think quality outweighs the wait for a food truck. Someone ahead of me was unhappy about the wait and the food truck person said he should expect that wait - like fine dining. I don’t think I would wait this long for any course in a fine dining establishment. They may want to revisit their operational processes.
