Oh my. The wait was worth it. 3 of us had dinner last night, 4/6/26, and all of the staff was friendly and polite. The food met with the standards I’ve loved in their other locations. Portions were larger than we could eat. Everything was fresh and hot. Overall a great experience. We’re all looking forward to going back.
My sister and I decided to try the new location in Kingsport. I love how it's not located in a congested area. The property itself, is very welcoming. We arrived right at 4pm and were greeted by a friendly host and our server came right to the table. The beverages are very affordable, and We loved how the menu was straight forward and had many items to choose from. Staff was very friendly. The salads were great, and I ordered a meatball Parm sub with fries and it was delicious. My sister loved her Angel hair and shrimp with Artichokes...and We even got dessert, and it was the soooo good.....The cake had this creamy frosting, and you could taste coconut and walnuts. The size was generous. You cannot beat the prices here. Its nice to not have to drive into a congested road to get there....its a good place to take friends and family! It's going to also be nice to stop there and get takeout, because its close to home and the prices are right!
I was so glad to see this location open. This evening I ordered a calzone, garlic knots (with cheese), and cheesecake and everything was fabulous! Tara was our server and she was amazing! I can’t wait to get back to try more of their items on the menu!
