The Broken Egg

We start with three extra large eggs hand whipped to order then filled with spicy new orleans andouille sausage, green and red peppers, chipotle peppers, chorizo sausage, chopped green chilies and dicted green onions, topped with cheddar chesse, red pepper salsa and sour cream.

This three extra large egg omelette is served in downtown chicago. It's filled with hickory smoked bacon, roasted garlic, sauteed green peppers, sauteed onions and chopped green chilies. Top with sprinkle of cheddar and feta cheeses.

We start with three extra large eggs sauteed with fresh baby spinach, feta cheese, red onions, green and red peppers, mushrooms and kalamata olives.

Start with homemade chorizo, green chilles, red onion, chicken breast, chipotie peppers, three scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese rolled in a crispy flour tortilla and topped with sour cream and red pepper salsa. Served with hash brown potatoes.
