See All ReviewsGreat service, ok food. The atmosphere is dark, but fun. The restaurant was clean, the food came out in a relatively good amount of time. I wouldn’t recommend the fish and chips.
Got the duck wontons and brisket gouda mac. Both were really good, and they give you pretty decent serving sizes. The server I had was absolutely amazing too (forgot her name, ADHD..) and made sure to put some time in between my starting dish (wontons) and entree (brisket). The brisket on the mac and cheese was smokey and tender, and the duck wontons were just delicious. I meant to go to Horn's Gaslight Restaurant and came here on accident, but it was well worth the visit.
For tourist food on the island, it's competitively priced and very tasty. Seating is first-come, first-served. Reservations are only allowed for parties of 25 or more, base on what they said when asked. The service seems okay. The seating is a bit cramped. Tables along the wall have a bare light bulb just below eye level that I found really annoying. The music seemed unusually loud until someone was kind enough to turn it down a bit (presumably after someone asked). Then the cashier's computer crashed. But they got it working again in an acceptably short amount of time. So, long story short, it's a good place for good food at a good price (on the island), but bring some patience.
