Burger was amazing. Homemade potato chips were cold. Drinks are $3 for a bottle. $14 for the burger. Prices are too high. Atmosphere is an old gas station. Servicer was great.
Do not pass up this amazing local spot. I got the chinga chicken torta, my boyfriend got the Carolina burger. Everything in the torta was fresh and super flavorful, and the bread was super pillowy with a nice crunchy toast on the outside. The burger was apparently amazing as he destroyed it in no time. The homemade chips are also fire! The menu definitely has something for everyone. The chef (and possibly owner?) was super nice and helpful, especially since he was cooking and waiting tables! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back when we're in Mebane.
Look out for this hidden gem! We almost passed it by because it doesn't have a large sign on the road. But it doesn't need any flashy signs; the food is the shining star. Large, tasty portions of Mexican/Latin-inspired food at affordable prices. Lots of freshly made burgers and tacos to choose from. The Cuban (pulled pork) sandwich was excellent! Give this unassuming place a chance and you don't regret it. Plus, the location is very convenient if you are driving through Interstate 40/85.
