Stopped after work Friday with a coworker I got the "jim slim" kinda like big boys slim jim but with salami, oil and oregano (I think) and a "secret sauce" which i thought would be a thousand island type, i thought the sandwich was missing the secret sauce so I asked the server to get me a side of it. She (i don't know her name which was also great) told me it's actually green pepper aioli. When I say u don't think u need it until u realize u don't have it is an understatement! They could drizzle that stuff over their handcut fries all day!
The server that served me and my mother was very friendly, very energetic, good personality. The fountain pop was on point. It was my first time back at this location since it closed and reopened. The food was mediocre. I ordered the perch dinner. The fish was really good. The tartar sauce was good the mashed potatoes and gravy that I got with. It Was very bland. My mom, she ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. She also got french fries with it. The french fries looked hideous. They didn’t have that great of a taste to them. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich looked like an afterthought. The presentation was horrible for the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and as far as the dessert which I got to sweet potato pie, it was very dry. Very bland had no flavor. in my honest opinion for growing up in Milan And there’s not many places to sit down and have dinner I would much rather eat the Coney Island
Amazing first visit. Alex was on point with service and the food was delicious. They seem to just be starting out but overall we had an amazing experience. Our toddler son was blessed with endless straws, so he also approves of the campfire grill.
