Best restaurant in town. Fantastic service, great atmosphere, delicious food. The fajitas are incredible (sometimes you'll get steak when you order chicken but they are both delicious). Love the deserts and the guacamole. Can't recommend it enough.

This is one of our favorite local spots. The atmosphere is very culturally decorated and there is always lively music playing. Everyone we have ever encountered there that works there, have been very nice and welcoming. The food is so good. There are so many options to choose from, they have everything you would expect from a taco place, and more. One of our favorite things to get here is the Agua fresca. Fruits and water blended with sweetened milk, its very refreshing and delicious. We also love their churros, and just about everything else. My son loves the tacos, and my favorites are the tostados and empanadas. It's really a hidden treasure. Located on Main Street in Cobleskill, on the same side as Scholet.
