The food was absolutely delicious!!!! The service provided was welcoming and attentive. The dining room was spotless. Matt and his team were polite, professional and the food was well worth the 10 minute wait. I live in Houston, but I’ll be back for the tasty crawfish that my taste buds smile!!!

I can’t rate the food because they have their doors locked during business hours. It says they’re open from 6:30 AM to 9 PM yet here it is 3:00 PM and the doors are locked. I called to see what’s going on and they say they don’t open the lobby till five and they don’t start serving crawfish till five yet their name is Crawfish Shack. How does that make sense? Maybe let the world know before you have pissed off customers that drive two hours to come eat at your establishment

I like going here when I'm in the area for lunch. They have great plate lunches, burgers, and pizza. Today we were working out in Grant, LA and on our way back to the office we stopped. It was a little after 12 pm. They had already sold out of plate lunches. I ordered the steak fingers(4) with white gravy, fries, toast, and a drink. My total came out to 12.35. I will say, 11% Tax seems very high. But that could be for the town of Oberlin. There was also a card fee charge, which is normal these days. I find annoying in general, yes I understand that the entity receives a charge and then the company puts it on the customer. The food came out quickly. The French fries were fried perfectly. The steak fingers were good, the gravy needed more pepper and salt but it was great. The bread was buttered and toasted and was good. Will definitely be back and will try something different. I hear they have amazing crawfish.
