Sad to say even though I was looking forward to this place my expectations weren’t really met.. maybe i set the bar too high or it could’ve possibly been a bad day but the food was underwhelming to say the least. Beef Shawarma, highly don’t recommend.. asked the person on the phone for recommendations he felt like going home so that’s fine but when I ordered the sandwich he could’ve warned me that he was using the last dry bits and pieces he had left before he made anything or charged me. It should’ve been a red flag when it came with ranch which is more than unorthodox but even that couldn’t do anything to help the dry and not so seasoned beef jerky consistency of what was inside the overly crispy bread. On a brighter note the veggies tasted fresh but still not a saving grace for what I was given. Granted they’re not really known for their shawarma sandwiches and it is in my not so professional opinion that they take it off the menu if this is what they plan on serving people. Nonetheless, though it was disappointing I say try it for yourself before listening to this review. You might end up getting treated better than I did. 2 Stars.
I’ve looked for something that resembles a Turkish doner sandwich off the late night streets of Europe and this is the only one thats come close to it! Exceptionally tasty and large! Slight dill flavor in the white sauce and if you ask for it they will even give you that sweet spicy red sauce that you’ll find at your favorite late night doner spot. Impressed! Pretty much a European doner with some variation. I recommend the chicken
