Oh my this was by far the best crawfish I've had since moving to N Louisiana. They were seasoned to perfection! The spicy green beans are a must try and the blackened catfish was so good.
Our first time and will not be back! We eat at the one in Sterlington once a week. The waitress in West Monroe had an attitude and was rude because she was busy she said (which she should be glad)! We ordered crawfish and were told they were behind yet 3 tables next to us got crawfish(guessing she did not turn them in)! Told the manager was not a big deal to him! The food was undercooked! We eat out all the time very seldom are we treated like this so this girl needs another type of JOB and the manager needs to be involved! The cook needs to learn how to fry fish! I paid 108.00 and did not receive the breakdown of what I paid for which never happens! The owner should be concerned because one day his waitress may not be busy and the business may not either!! I am a business owner and this is unacceptable in customer service!!
Thank you to Shad and the servers for a great experience! We planned a huge surprise dinner for my mom’s birthday and they were extremely patient with us! Shad was sure to accommodate us in every way possible! The crawfish are GREAT and check out this cheese pull from the cheese sticks!
