This is a handy Chinese restaurant that's not far from where I live. I patronize it about twice a month, and the food is generally good and plentiful. The counter staff can be chilly or warm and inviting. You just never know what you're gonna get. HOWEVER, my main complaint is their take-out containers which are divided into three sections. Every time I have placed my order, the container is stuffed so much with the food that the sauce runs out and into the plastic bag creating quite a mess. And God forbid the plastic bag has a hole in it because the sauce will be all over your car seat (like mine). I let them know what happened -- they didn't care. So now I place it on the floor of my car just to be on the safe side. I just wish they would find an alternative for their take-out containers.
Food is always so good, so hot, so fresh, and in such big portion. The people in the front are also pretty sweet but i just wish there was inside seating
I loved this food so much!! I came here after my freshman orientation at UH and got the dark mixed fried rice and pan fried chicken dumplings. They were so delicious omg the fried rice was perfectly cooked and the dumplings were so hot and juciy and the sauce that came with it was perfect. I think however I would try the pork dumplings instead since to me the chicken ones were a bit plain for my liking. Overall a great place to eat and I will be coming here more often!!
