The atmosphere was just below par, with there being a college next door and this place to be in such bad shape let alone not have liquor is astonishing. If they did a college night and had some specials this place would be packed. Clean the place up and cut the drink prices and advertise to the college students and this place would be great.

Tried going here while visiting Seawolf Park. Google maps and the sign outside said we were there during business hours, but it was completely deserted.
