They refused to refil my auto-refill prescription for UC abruptly, then when I called said I owed them $50 even though I havent been there in a few months. If you have UC or chronos, I'm sure you know how bad it can be to miss a few days of taking your medicine, it would be one thing if they called me saying I needed to come in or owed them money and why, but there was no communication.
