Clean, staff was friendly and service was prompt. The food was good my husband and I both had the big breakfast he had a pancake I had the French toast. He wasn’t impressed with the pancake, French toast was better than most. The chairs are the only complaint as they are uncomfortable.
It took forever to get food. The biscuits were good. I had the shrimp and grits. Didn't like it. It had a creamy garlic sauce on it with some mixed vegetables (pepper and onion) and it just wasn't it for me. My husband had something with eggs and bacon and a pancake. The pancake idk was perhaps made from scratch which is fine but it was very starchy. I probably won't go back.
The inside was very nice tho a bit on the smaller side but that means the place is pretty quite to have a conversation with anyone you bring. The Uptown omlette was great and the waitress was also really nice.
