See All ReviewsI stopped by after the lunch rush on a Saturday. There was no one in the restaurant but me at 1:40 p.m.. There was lots of food available on the buffet so I chose to have the salad bar/hot bar combination. The barbecued ribs were OK, the Italian baked chicken was not great and it wasn't very hot. The mashed potatoes did not taste like real potatoes. It may have been a mixture of boxed and real, I'm not sure. The salad bar was just OK as well. It had several choices of potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, along with your usual lettuce and vegetables. They also have an ala carte menu if you don't want either the soup and salad combination or the salad bar/hot bar commendation. All in all I would say it was just OK but I most likely will not be back. Honestly, the highlight of my visit was the very attentive and very nice wait staff.
Stumbled on this little gem by accident, it is completely unassuming from the exterior but what you’ll find inside is nothing short of spectacular. The buffet today had fried fish to die for, best bbq ribs I’ve ever had, homemade chili and beef noodle soup that was literally a meal in a bowl. So many other delicious items and a fresh salad bar. Also they offer to order items off a separate menu. Homemade desserts are found in abundance! This family run restaurant has put together thoughtful and friendly service, with extraordinary food offerings at prices that can’t be beat anywhere around!
I don’t usially do buffets but really enjoyed this one. The place was clean and the food fresh, best buffet around for 10 bucks. The owner and his daughter visited with us, and seemed to genuinely care that we were pleased. Definitely worth a try!
