I do not recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is clearly under staffed and the few staff that worked there were absolutely unprofessional. We sat and waited for our food for 2hours and after bringing it to the attention of the server she said that we should have gone to a fast food restaurant. There is no management or opportunity to provide feedback. It was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. The physical environment was dirty and is not being maintained. Another gentleman stated that he was turned away because they said they were too busy and short staffed. They have three people working (the cook and two servers) and they could not manage the 3-5 tables that they had. Avoid this location. There are plenty of other options that are better options in the area. We will never return.
Wish I could rate this place higher. The staff was friendly and perhaps if we had not caught them on such a busy weekend (Labor day weekend), the experience could have been better. It was clear that they were understaffed, we had to ask for our drinks a couple of times and took forever to get them. One of us didn’t receive our ginger ale until the end of the meal and by that point we were already getting the check. I will say that the lobster Mac and cheese was very very good. It was a very hot day that day and the a/c was lacking. It won’t be very likely that we will return to dine here but our waitress was very apologetic and we appreciated that.
THE best restaurant experience our family has had in the last 10 years going to this area. We were intrigued by the menu and were blown away with the taste, presentation, and service. The ribs were falling off the bone with a very unique sauce. The steak sandwich was glorious, and the plantains were outstanding. Take the family, or enjoy a wonderful date night.
