I got the combo over rice chicken and gyro no red sauce. I also got what I thought were the pita chips that look different online, I probably wouldn’t get those again. The food is good great portion. I would’ve loved some banana peppers, but I added them on my own. I will come back to this location
I was so elated to see a Halal food truck considerably close to my home. We were actually on the way to Red Lobster when I saw the truck with the sign "Halal" visible. I was thrilled because there are only less than a handful of eateries that are Halal in Charlotte. Well, I had my husband turn around and we shared the "Loaded fries", for starters. It was DELICIOUS! I then ordered my own box, my daughter ordered chicken over rice and so did my son. Try this place out, with comfort food that's hot and fresh.👌
I have eaten plenty of halal food and know how it’s supposed to taste. My daughter and I and my nephew all got it this night. I bet it home it tasted like dirt. I took it back told the guy we didn’t like it can we get something else since I spent $30! He says NO you ordered it! I said it we don’t like it and I literally just left her 5 min ago. He would not refund me or exchange my food. I left the food when I should hv threw it in the truck but I chose the high road! I would not recommend this place!! I will recommend the Halal truck uptown on the square and near UNCC! I’m still pissed about my waste of $30!!
