Anyone that doesn’t give this spot a five star review is bonkers. Best customer service! Owner was such a pleasure to speak with. Food was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back. I got the chicken sandwich and don’t even think I chewed my food. Inhaled it- it was so dam good. I will say the parking lot is small. If you get there at a busy hour you’ll have to park on the side street by some houses. I went around 1:30 and even though the lot was filled due to it being next to a bar there was parking relatively close and absolutely no one in the separate dining area behind the truck with a whole bar set up. Absolutely peaceful.
Straight out the gate this place does not offer meat by the pound or slice brisket, but they do have delicious menu items like the brisket grill cheese sandwich which was packed with meat and two kinds of cheese. Also the Mexican corn was awesome and the owner is a super cool guy he hooked me up with some chicken which was nicely smoked and seasoned perfectly I used it on a premade salad I had at home. Definitely give this place a try especially if you want to support small American businesses.
This is a nice spot! They have a few different food trucks(we tried 3 of them, but Hot Box BBQ is the best. They have great customer service, and the food is off the chain! You get a good-sized portion. The rib tacos are yummy. The brisket grilled cheese is delicious! The pic of the chicken and waffles came from Pete's Hot Chicken(they are also at this same location).
