See All ReviewsI have visited this restaurant a few times, but my last visit will definitely be my last. Our food was delayed by over an hour, arrived cold, was prepared incorrectly, and tasted terrible. When I called to report the issue, the staff admitted the kitchen was backed up and acknowledged the mistakes, promising a manager would call me back. It has been 28 days with zero follow-up or concern. With so many other great dining choices in the area, I would rather spend my money elsewhere than risk a hit-or-miss meal at a restaurant that clearly does not care about quality or customer service.
This was actually my second time visiting The Lager Haus. I initially went a week or so after they opened and did not have the best experience; so I decided to give them a second chance to win me over. They nailed it this time. I walked in this afternoon and was instantly greeted by Kimberly. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and the perfect hostess. I actually ordered food to go, and Kimberly suggested not saucing my wings so that they would be crispy when I was ready to eat them. Genius. When I got home and was ready to eat, everything was crispy and delicious. I also ordered the hot honey pepperoni flatbread in addition to my wings and everything was great (even after a 40 minute drive home, which is impressive). I will definitely return to the LH to sample some of the other dishes, check out their live music lineup, and hopefully have as great of an experience as I did with Kimberly today.
Food and service was amazing! Our waitress was spot on! Don’t know her name as we couldn’t hear it. She couldn’t have done anymore for us. Great job!!! Tables were tight. We bumped chairs with table behind us. But worst of all the music was extremely loud. Couldn’t talk to the person next to us. Definitely need to lower the microphone or vocals could definitely be a 5 star restaurant if you did 😁 love the bloody Mary’s
