See All ReviewsFood is amazing this food taste like it was cooked at home. This is one of my Secret go to places the chicken is bomb and well seasoned. He knows how to cook
Mannnn… I wanted some good wings.. so I remembered this dynamic duo on Lakeshore. I ordered 5 wings and fries. The wings weren’t burnt… They didn’t look crazy or oversized. They were fresh and the oil they were fried on was fresh as well. The wings are made when you order them. I like the way the woman and man work together and how they speak to you. I definitely have to try another selection on the menu. I hope they will be around for a long while. We need more people like this in restaurants. People who are polite with the public and care about the way your food is handled.
Frying chicken in the hood is easy for this guy. However, competence, customer service, integrity, and consistency is obviously a challenge. While visiting my hometown,I found what could’ve been a decent hood gem(no more no less). After shopping here repeatedly for two weeks daily- what should’ve been easily resolved was met with misplaced ego and poor business conduct. 5 wings and 2 sides for 10 dollars was the deal of the day. I called in to order 12 wings and 3 sides. Upon arrival I requested another side- and paid. At that point , good customer service and competence would’ve said “ you know we have 5 wings 2 sides as a dinner today” nope. Thankfully, I take pleasure in reading and I found this out for myself. While waiting for my order I seen the sign. I inquired as any intelligent being would. Realizing that I didn’t get the full deal and basically paid for another side that should’ve been included. A simple solution could’ve been to simply give the side that should come with my 10 wings. Instead I was met with a debate. His ground was “did I take your order? Does he know who you are?” The fact of the matter is, no matter who took my order and no matter who was calling- integrity, responsibility, courtesy and knowledge of one’s job would’ve prevented this. And if not , once I caught it- a true expansive business man would’ve made it right. I didn’t ask for anything outside of what was plastered on the window. Anyone can open a scrubby restaurant in the damned state of Ohio- but not everyone can expand. Small minds will always do small things. No need to reply back- I would never take my time to read a sassy message from one who doesn’t operate sufficient business ethics. Come here and enjoy the quick eat while you can-if an issue arise, DO NOT EXPECT competence and integrity to resolve it. Now me- I’m just a few dollars but sure enough you’ll began to miss enough of those dollars from enough customers that are like me. The ones who aren’t willing to just take a bag and settle for anything. READ A BUSINESS BOOK(again).
