Had the occasion to visit on Saturday 04 Oct. 25 for an engagement party. They fake security. This guy had no credentials! The bar tender was grossly incompetent & unprofessional. My first time ordering: She ask what type of glass and type of vodka, I expressed my choice for a martini. She still gives me a plastic cup. My second time ordering: She takes an order from someone behind me. Then she ask type of vodka, then attempts to give me something totally different from what was confirmed. This young lady had no type of professionalism! She exhibited "RECTAL INVERSION" is putting it mildly. The location as a whole was nice! Good location horrible staff! I don't mind giving a gratuity for good service. This is one time "NOTHING WAS GIVEN" Horrible bar service!!!!
The place was packed, no parking, drove around for 10 mins before a park opened by the Dunkin’. The drink line was very long and it took a minute before the bartender took my/our order however, they were very generous and the vibe was great. I would go back again
After already being inside, I told security I was running to my car really quick to grab something. He told me there were no “ in and outs”. I don’t argue with people so I said whatever. I saw him let several people go in and out before I left. I feel it was personal or discrimination. I will never go there again. Smh Our own worst enemy.
