Today was our first time visiting. We drove one hour to try this place during Ramadan. Because of the long drive, we opened our fast in the car with water and went straight to the restaurant. We placed our order around 7:10–7:15 PM, but unfortunately we didn’t receive our food until 9:00 PM, almost a two-hour wait, which is simply too long. While waiting, I noticed two very young girls working very hard and running around trying to handle everything. Honestly, I felt bad for them. It looked like too much pressure for them to manage alone. I believe a senior staff member should be there to support them, especially during busy times like Ramadan. If the restaurant cannot handle this many customers, it might be better to limit reservations or control the number of orders, because the wait time is a big issue. As for the food, the mutton Shinwari karhai and chicken rolls were very good and flavorful. However, the chicken pakora was overcooked and very hard to chew, and it arrived after the main food even though it should be an appetizer. The chicken mandi was also very dry and overcooked. Unfortunately, because of the long wait and overall experience, my family and I were very disappointed. This was our first visit, and sadly it will probably be our last, because most people simply cannot wait two hours for food. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was honestly one of the longest waits I’ve experienced at a dine-in restaurant. I hope the owner improves the kitchen staffing and service during busy days, because the restaurant does have potential.
What a gem! The savory layers of flavors and the sweet balance of a coconut lassi. Do not skip the samosa chaat, it is the best I’ve ever had. The decor is eye candy and the service is welcoming, making the experience a repeatable do over again and again!
Delicious! We ordered chicken tenders, zinger burger which comes with fries, beef tearing and gol gappi (hope I got the name right). Food is quick and fresh and tasty. Milk tea is also good. Clean! The place is newly renovated and redecorated (I went to the same place but it was another restaurant, thats how I know). The restroom is clean too! Awesome staff! The two ladies who took our oder and served our food were so pleasant. The lady who took the order took time to explain the food selections. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.
