We had reservation for 7:15 our server who was great got our drinks and then took our orders She came back and said they were out of mashed potatoes so we replaced Then she came back and said an order of pork chops was out so we replaced with steak/shrimp All by 7:45 Around 8 the owner was waltzing through the dining area saying hello to all the tables. She came over to our table and said jokingly your order will be an hour. We all laughed. At 9 our server came over and said there was some mix up in the kitchen and our food would be shortly And our food would be compensated. 9:15 everyone’s food comes out but mine And mine was the easiest A fish sandwich. They all ate and finally mine came and I just told her to make it to go ! We did tip the waitress according to what the bill would have been We knew this what not her fault The owner however said to us on the way out “you wait over an hour in most restaurant” This was two hours and although she did comp the food she never apologized just the server who was very apologetic . The wait staff seem almost afraid of the owner . We will not be back
I can't yell loud enough to tell you how great the food and service was!!! Mother's day was busy and we had a group of 11, Tasia our server was beyond the best! The food was amazing! The coconut shrimp was probably the best I've ever had! Thank you again, can't wait to come back!!!
The Friday night fish fry is perfect. You get a great one for $12 w/French fries & coleslaw, you can sit outside on the deck or sit inside and see geese flying over the lake.
