I had the tri tip sandwich with Mac and cheese and beans. They were generous with the tri tip and it was tender. The bread was fresh and a little crispy but not too crispy which was nice. Mac was a little dry but not too dry. Bbq sauce was good on the sandwich and the beans were very good as well.
This place has great portions for some of the best BBQ I’ve had. I ordered the Mac n Cheese with Tri-Tip and tried rationing the tri tip so i had enough for all of the mac n cheese, until I realized that there was tri tip all the way down through the mac n cheese. I was ecstatic. Also super friendly with great cooking🙂
Got tri tip + cup of ice cream. I was one of the last customers. They ran out of food around 6pm. So you should prolly get there right after skiing to be safe. Running out of food tells me their ingredients are fresh and you can taste them. Tri tip is tender and plenty. Burrito is crispy. Salsas are not spicy. But still does fine job cutting through heavy burrito. Ice cream is thick, rich and fresh.
