I can’t even comment on the food because I didn’t have any. The lady who takes orders, took the Caucasian lady who was in front of me order and ignored me when I stepped up. I even greeted her just in case she didn’t see me. She didn’t even look at me & continued making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Very rude. Will never patronize & will encourage others not to as well.
For as much as they charge they need to do better… I ordered a latte and got hot milk with a little espresso.
Terrible service, the gal who rang me up was rude. Wouldn't sell me the kids meal without my kid being present, so had to get him first so I could pay for his food. Grilled cheese was terrible, a couple slices of cheese on cheap bread. I've had better in school cafeterias.
Went to get a quick bite and ordered the muffeletta sandwich. It was the most expensive, likely because of the olive spread. They took pre-made sandwiches, tossed them in the microwave and then proceeded to had it to me without the olive spread (a highlight of the sandwich). When I asked about it, the lady was rude and essentially told me I could use mustard packets from next door. I also brought up that it was missing to the cashier who said, "oh well". I wish I had read the reviews previous to walking in. Probably the most expensive, most horrible food option I'd had to endure. It is a shame to the airport, the city, and the mayor for allowing such horrible experiences to be the lead in showing what Chicago is all about.
If you’re craving a warm bagel with cold egg and American cheese, you’ll like this place. If you want to pay $20 for two of those terrible egg sandwiches, you’ll love this place! Yes, the Dunkin line might be long, but don’t come here as an alternative.
$12 “turkey panini” which was basically plain turkey sandwich with spinach and cheese that they warm up in the microwave. The turkey itself was gross. Ended up throwing it out. They had about six sandwich options, were out of three.
Sign said 3 different types of cheeses. This was straight up Kraft singles on stale bread. Not worth $10. Don’t waste your time or money like I did
If I could give this a zero star I would. The sandwich’s are already fully prepared, dry, just sitting in a fridge display for who knows how long. Then it’s thrown in a microwave. I got the pesto chicken. There was barely any pesto. The sandwich should never be called that. The whole sandwich was flavorless, , dry all around, nasty, overcooked from microwave that the chicken was dry and hard on the ends, and beyond expensive. This place should not exist. Honestly I think I had plastic on my chicken.
