Love Brooklyn Brothers. The rest is pretty useless. Brunch at Eggspectation is good. A vacant grocery store spot has been empty since covid. Subway left. Mexican joint left. The fitness place left. The landlords are greedy with their escalating rent. Constant tenant complaint.

Nice vibe.... clean and neat area. But I didn't like that the backs of the stores looked like the fronts, so if you park in the wrong place (like I did), you have to walk all the way around the entire building to get to the actual entrance at the front.
