2 months agoCan’t comment on food because they wouldn’t serve us (small group of 3) We did arrive late for a few tacos, about 2:15am but the website indicated they were open until 3:30am. I love the concept but if you don’t serve until indicated open time it kind of defeats the purpose.

3 months agoCalled to place a pickup order, a dude picks up with 0 enthusiasm whatsoever, and when I asked for a pickup order he responded with "uh yeah sure." Jesus dude. If you don't like your job, change it. Also, when asking for a burger, he said "Yeah we used all the meat for tacos. Tomorrow is taco Tuesday, so." What? X'D

6 months agoThis place had so many! flies all over the bar and flying in my face and all over my body , I'm not sure why I ate the food here 🤢 I'm also not sure why the health inspector hasn't looked at this place cuz it's gross I was really surprised how many older people put up with how this place was inside and I'm very surprised the food did not make me sick . I was so tired from driving so long I just ate it cuz I wanted a beer and they also don't have any beer on tap biggest bummer of all

9 months agogreat little dive bar with very reasonably priced drinks & tacos, and some really good, sweet, home-made hot sauce - so good that i was tempted to drown the tacos in it! it's not a long menu, but what they do have they do really well. having lived in Southern California most of my adult life, I have a pretty high standard for good Mexican food. but their tacos definitely make the grade. and idk if anywhere else in town could beat the price: only $11 for 4 tacos plus a vodka soda! 😲 it was kinda dead when we stopped in, but it was a weekday in the early evening with nothing on the calendar for the night. however, the bartender and other patrons were laid back and friendly, which helped us feel really comfortable and welcomed. overall, it was really enjoyable, and we'll definitely be back again someday in the near future.

a year agoNever ride past this dive without stopping and at least trying the tacos!!! they are the best,and the price is very reasonable. Also the owner Annie is very nice and has a very respectful crew!!

a year agoWe love this place, every time we come to hurley we stop for tacos and get their famous sauce to go. Although the service this time wasn't that great. Had a gentleman wait on my husband and my husband didn't leave a tip and the man got really mad and said we took up too much of his time and wasted time when he could of been serving other customers. We also paid over $50 for food. Wasn't pleased at all this was on Saturday 9/28/24 @ 8:30pm. Went back Sunday to get their famous cheese curds and more taco sauce and the two ladies working today and waited on my husband were wonderful.

9 years agoA must stop if your hitting up Silver St. What better place to fill your belly up with something other than liquid during a long night out. Tacos are fantastic. Make sure to try the sauce.
