Their greatness is on repeat! The owner and staff are great, which is hard to find, and I think they are going for a community centered approach and I like that. You'll actually feel good after a drink from here (offers waffles too I believe), the shakes are great, and are a good option for those looking for low sugar options! I'd share my favorite flavor, but I don't want everyone else snatching it up, so I hope you find a favorite, and that it's different from mine. 😊 Caffeinated and non-caffeinated options, warm teas for the cold days! So many things to try
The Nutrition Lounge is a great place to go for healthy and delicious drinks. I’ve been here 2 times so far and both times I have gotten a shake and a tea. Every time they have been delicious and I don’t feel guilty drinking them. I have tried the Strawberry Shortcake Shake, Taurus Tea, Fruity Pebbles Shake, and the Scorpio Tea. All are delicious. I’ll definitely be going back a lot more!!!
I love love love everything about The Nutrition Lounge in Rockford. It’s an experience with a cozy comfy vibe, I wanted to stay and finish my FAVORITE shake, which is the Caramel Bliss. Normally I would get my Caramel Bliss delivered because the buzz around the office was to try their healthy delicious shakes and teas. Yesterday I actually visited The Nutrition Lounge for my must have shake and I tell you, the staff there, they are super duper nice and courteous, greeting me with an infectious smile. The experience there has now changed my mind, instead of having my FAVORITE Caramel Bliss delivered, I’m going to treat myself and go in to experience that warm and cozy vibe again and enjoy my Caramel Shakes or I may try something else from the menu. So many different shakes/teas, I may just try something else. No more deliveries, I love the atmosphere. Treat yourself and visit The Nutrition Lounge.
