See All ReviewsI'm staying at this hotel with my spouse, I am here for Tribeca, I'm dining here almost always and had just had brunch (staff at bar super nice). I am walking towards the staff guy at the Oyster Bar - not sure if he is a server as he was just standing there (hair pulled back, beard at around 2 pm June 7) and I had not said a word to him (not a single word) and he said to me - "I don't have time right now" --excuse me, what?? I'm dressed nicely, I am in a good mood and this guy has to try and ruin my mood? For no reason whatsoever. Rude beyond.
Everything, everything is just so well designed. I felt like I went back in time or was on a movie set. Beautiful set up. The bartenders are on point. Fantastic cocktails and friendly. The food is perfectly prepared and presented. Worth the prices. The over all hotel and cinema down stairs is stunning. Can't wait to return.
We were at the bar for literally 20 mins. The bartender NEVER made eye contact, she rather to stay at the bar without doing nothing instead of taking our order. We ended up leaving the place. There is no customer service skills at this place. I’m not coming back.
