Great parathas, snacks, and overall good chaat items. Loved the taste, and its only vegetarian. The food truck is a weird place in town (IMO) but worth a visit if you're closeby
The whole menu is vegetarian and everything we ordered was amazing. My favorite was the paneer tawa paratha. The flavor was insanely delicious, and I appreciated that the masala wasn’t very greasy. We also got the pani puri and the sev papdi, and I liked the sev papdi a little more. Everything was great and very reasonably priced. I also really enjoyed that they serve the food on paper plates, making it more environmentally friendly to eat. I highly recommend for those wanting a hearty and well priced meal!
Authentic North Indian food with great taste and generous portions ( esp. the paneer paratha). We had ordered Dahi poori ( was mouth watering), Chola poori, sabudana vada ( the chutneys were really good) and paneer paratha and lassi. They have covered outdoor seating.
Amazing Indian food. May be the best Indian food truck in Austin. Lots of variety to choose from. Big menu with something for everyone's taste buds. Paratha to chaat to mango lassi. Service is fast, polite and helpful. Portions are decently big and sides good too! Prices are very reasonable. Parking is limited so can get full fast on weekend. Option of seating is available or a to-go order can be done too. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area.
Hands down, this is the best place in Austin for paratha, and that’s not an exaggeration. If you’re craving authentic, hearty Indian street-style food, this food truck absolutely delivers. We ordered the aloo paratha and gobhi paratha, and both were outstanding. The parathas are huge, generously stuffed, and cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. You can tell they don’t skimp on the filling. Every bite was rich, comforting, and genuinely delicious. Each paratha comes with chola, raita, achaar, and onions, which really completes the experience. The chola deserves special mention—it’s easily the best you can get in Austin. Well-spiced, balanced, and cooked just right, not overly oily or bland. We also tried a few chaat items. The raj kachori was decent but not the highlight for me—probably a 2 out of 5 compared to the rest of the menu. On the other hand, the sabudana vada was very good: crisp on the outside, soft inside, and paired with an excellent chutney that really elevated the dish. The seating area is cozy and comfortable, which is a nice bonus for a food truck setup. It feels welcoming rather than rushed. The chai was very good as well—strong, flavorful, and you can even get refills, which is rare and appreciated. Overall, this place is a must-visit for paratha lovers. Great portions, authentic taste, and solid value. I’ll definitely be back. Also, pure vegetarian!!!
We loved the food. Tried Chole batura, Dahi Puri and Irani Chai..they all tasted great! The seating area is nice too. Limited parking in the gas station area. Our food was served pretty quickly, we went in the afternoon. Do recommend to try if you are in the area.
Try this new food truck that has a unique vegetarian menu, we tried there parathas it was good. Raj kachori was also very flavorful But saga and maaki Ki roti was not that good. Surely will try again other food items
We had it in one of our friend’s party and it was so good. Really tasty! 😍 After that I recently visited Paratha Rollers in Austin and had a great experience! I tried the Gobi Paratha, Kulcha Chole, and Makki di Roti with Sarson da Saag, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. Gobi Paratha was delicious, and I loved that they served extra chole on the side — such a nice touch that made the meal even better. Chole Kulcha tasted authentic with a comforting, home-style flavor. Makki di Roti & Sarson da Saag were outstanding—the saag had rich, traditional flavors and the roti was fresh and perfectly made. Their tea was warm, balanced, and the perfect way to end the meal. Really enjoyed the food and the attention to detail. I’d definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
