The food here was the best that we tried while at 2 silos. The Mac and cheese had a smoky, savory flavor, not super cheesy itself but still very flavorful and creamy. The pulled pork and chicken were both solid, but the brisket is the standout here for sure. Super tender, surprisingly juicy and flavorful for a brewery food truck. I've had worse brisket from actual smokehouses. The service was great as well, quick even on a busy day, super friendly, and overall a great experience
