I had my daughter's sweet 16th birthday party that I had catered from here they were late coming to bring the food, no utensils had to go to the dollar store to get serving items that should have come with this catering then when we got into the meat a 1/2 sheet pan of burger was raw. I then called spoke with Mandi she apologized and offered a 50.00 credit she wouldnt refund the money to my original payment that was her only suggestion so i took it. I had called several times to redeem my credit with no call back (they say today they had my wrong number) since they dont keep good records of refunds noone at the desk knew about this issue i was having any time I called. Then went today in person to redeem said refund now she is stating she doesn't recall this incident she only keeps a file for 1 year which wasn't told to me. I drove all the way there for the person at the desk to tell me Mandi doesnt recall this issue she would only offer me a 25.00 refund to which i said no i want what is owed to me that Mandi told me i would get. She then got on the phone with Mandi and asked to speak with me. She then asked why I hadnt come back sooner explained the above. She treated me terribly and acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about and I have messages from a friend that states mandi knew exactly what I was talking about and still refused my refund. Terrible business owner with terrible customer service along with no pride or integrity in what they serve this community. I will never eat at any of there business or have one good thing to say about them. Also it shouldn't matter length of time for a credit and if there is it needs to be stated up front which it wasn't. Horrible communicate.
Honestly really really gross food, like others have said its edible but has zero flavor and very overcooked. Well, I stand corrected. The taco meat DID taste like dirty dishwasher water.
The tamales are very small and came out luke warm, floating in a thin layer of water in the box. I had to return the enchilada due to a hole being burnt in the side of the box. The only thing that was semi ok were the deep fried Oreos
