As a French cooking enthusiast from Lyon, the world capital of gastronomy, I must say this bistro blew us away. The ingredients are of excellent quality, fresh and flavorful, worthy of the finest restaurants. The cooking is admirably mastered – each dish perfectly executed, with a precision that would delight any Michelin-starred chef. The service is excellent: attentive, professional, and warm, never intrusive. A true gem in Angola – we'll be back! Well-deserved 5 stars.
Has a very nice Valentines lunch here with my family. The food was EXCELLENT, we got the jalapeño popper soup which was so creamy with just enough heat. The fries were flavorful and crispy. The waitress was so sweet, and the chef was personable to talk with as well. Would definitely come here again if I’m ever in the area.
We have eaten at the Bistro several times for both lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is soothing and very comfortable with soft background music. The staff couldn’t be more delightful. The Chef Chase’s food is amazing from the lobster tails, lamb lollies, steaks and fish and the presentation is beautiful. A great addition to our community.
